Getting help
Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. If relevant, include the public page address and your browser or device type. A short description is enough to start.
Please leave out passwords, sign-in codes, access tokens, private feed links and sensitive information. Remove personal details from any screenshots you choose to send.
Your account and setup
- Account has controls for sign-in methods, your handle, email preferences, connected apps and devices, signing out and deleting your account.
- Use the setup editor to update your setup or hide it from public view. Hiding a setup keeps your draft and history available to you.
- The connection guide explains how to share through your agent. How sharing works explains review and publication.
If you cannot sign in, email us with your public handle or the sign-in provider you used. Do not send login credentials.
Apps
- The Mac app works with your local skills without an account. Sign in from its account screen to sync skills between your Macs, join groups or publish skills. Sign-in opens in your browser.
- Connected devices lets you rename or disconnect a Mac or iPhone. Disconnecting leaves its local files in place.
- Leaving a group stops future updates from it. Skills it already installed stay on your Mac until you remove them.
When reporting an app problem, include the app and its version, your macOS or iOS version, and what you expected to happen. Please do not send the contents of private skills unless we ask for a specific detail.
Privacy and data requests
For access, correction, deletion or another question about your data, email team@bitbytebit.io with a brief description of your request. Include your public handle if you have one. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
Read the privacy notice for how information is used and the controls available to you.
Report a concern
To report harmful content or a security concern, send the affected public page address and a brief explanation. Please do not include exploit credentials or someone else’s private information.
